GitHub ↗Choose the panel material: Aluminium Alloy, Stainless Steel, Carbon Composite, or SS Starship (304L electro-polished). Prep times and surface notes change with each substrate.
Select your protective coating. Anti-Corrosion uses polyurethane (MIL-PRF-85285). Thermal Protection applies ablative phenolic resin (MIL-PRF-14105E). Nano-Ceramic uses plasma-sprayed UHTC (ZrB₂/SiC).
Enter panel width and height in metres (0.1–50 m). Prep times, coating volumes, waste mass, and phase durations scale automatically to panel area.
