ROCKETPREP

AEROSPACE PREP & COATING SIMULATOR

CHECKING...

20 years of industrial spray coating meets software engineering. Simulate aerospace panel prep with real MIL-PRF specs, NASA-aligned cleanliness standards, transfer-efficiency waste physics, and a full 5-phase timeline.

01
Select Material

Choose the panel material: Aluminium Alloy, Stainless Steel, Carbon Composite, or SS Starship (304L electro-polished). Prep times and surface notes change with each substrate.

02
Choose Coating

Select your protective coating. Anti-Corrosion uses polyurethane (MIL-PRF-85285). Thermal Protection applies ablative phenolic resin (MIL-PRF-14105E). Nano-Ceramic uses plasma-sprayed UHTC (ZrB₂/SiC).

03
Set Panel Size

Enter panel width and height in metres (0.1–50 m). Prep times, coating volumes, waste mass, and phase durations scale automatically to panel area.

04
Run & Analyse

Click RUN SIMULATION for a full aerospace prep report: 5-phase timeline, coating intelligence, transfer efficiency, waste calculation, realism score, PDF export, and history.

Educational simulator grounded in NASA TPS data, MIL-PRF-85285, and MIL-PRF-14105E. Models a single-applicator workflow — industrial shops use parallel teams for large panels. Not a certified production process planner.
